Every point you earn brings you closer to a higher privilege tier. From Silver to Diamond — paddy power values every loyal player with real rewards, priority treatment, and perks you will not find anywhere else.
The more you play, the higher your tier climbs. Each tier unlocks more exclusive perks and more rewarding benefits.
Every week, a portion of your net losses is automatically returned to your account — no need to request it or wait for approval — credited directly every Monday.
VIP member withdrawal requests are processed ahead of regular members. Platinum and Diamond tiers enjoy withdrawals within 1 hour or less.
From Gold tier and above, you're assigned a dedicated account manager who knows you personally — reachable directly for any assistance without going through the regular queue.
More than just standard bonuses — VIP members receive offers tailored to their gaming history and preferences. Birthday bonuses, anniversary rewards, and surprise gifts are all part of the package.
Enjoy significantly higher deposit, wagering, and withdrawal limits — giving you greater flexibility to play on your own terms.
Selected VIP members receive invitations to special tournaments, exclusive slot competitions, and other events not open to regular members.
Every RM 10 you wager or play will earn VIP points — the accumulation rate varies by game type.

Once your VIP points hit the next threshold, your tier upgrades automatically — no application needed. New privileges activate instantly.
Once you reach a VIP tier, your status is protected for a set period even if your gaming activity temporarily dips — giving you breathing room.
Many platforms use the term "VIP" loosely, but what sets the paddy power VIP program apart is its authenticity. Here, VIP status is not just a label — it is a genuine commitment from us to loyal players. Every listed perk is real and something you will feel in your everyday gaming experience.
The most noticeable difference for most of our VIP members is the change in withdrawal experience. For regular players, withdrawals take a few hours to process. For Gold VIP members and above, withdrawal requests are moved up the queue. Platinum members enjoy withdrawals within one hour, while Diamond members get instant processing — a significant difference when you're cashing out a large win.
Another aspect frequently praised by paddy power VIP members is the weekly cashback system. Unlike cashback tied to complex re-wagering conditions, paddy power VIP cashback is credited directly to your main account every Monday — ready to use for betting or withdraw immediately, entirely your call.
Tip: The fastest way to accumulate VIP points is by playing slot games — every RM 10 wagered earns 10 points. Combine that with double points bonus periods to level up even faster.
For Diamond members, the relationship with paddy power becomes truly personal. Your dedicated VIP manager understands your gaming history, preferences, and needs — proactively reaching out with relevant offers rather than waiting for you to hunt down promotions. This is the difference between a platform that genuinely values its players and one that operates purely transactionally.
VIP Points Never Expire — Accumulate at Your Own Pace
One reason many Malaysia players love the paddy power VIP program is that accumulated VIP points never expire as long as your account is active. This means you do not need to feel pressured to play within a set timeframe just to keep your points — build them up gradually at your own pace.
Unlike some loyalty programs that impose monthly or quarterly expiry dates, paddy power gives its players full flexibility. If you're busy this month and have little time to play, the points you've already accumulated stay intact and wait for you whenever you're ready.
Can My VIP Tier Be Downgraded?
This is a frequently asked question. The answer — yes, it's possible if your gaming activity falls well below the required threshold during the reassessment period. paddy power reassesses VIP status every three months, and if the points accumulated during that period are not enough to maintain your current tier, you may be moved down one tier.
That said, paddy power does not drop your VIP tier abruptly — the process is gradual and you'll be notified well in advance, giving you enough time to decide whether you want to maintain your tier. Diamond members enjoy a longer protection period compared to lower tiers.
